Return Policy

Do you accept returns?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days from when the order was placed. Please note that items returned within the 14 days period will only be approved for verified purchases directly from the Audeamus website.

Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Shipping costs of returned items will not be included in the refund.

Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you are returning an item for exchange we will only process the exchange once we receive the return parcel.

Returns received after 14 days of original receipt may be accepted at the discretion of Audeamus.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving the order.

If you are returning an item for exchange we will only process the exchange once we receive the return parcel.

I received a wrong / damaged / defective product.

We ask all customers to check your original orders and compare your product against the website when you receive it. If you believe you received the wrong item, or your order is damaged, please contact us within 14 days so we can work with you to correct the issue.

How to make a return?

Simply email our customer support at hello@audeamuswatch.com and we will get you all taken care of. Once we receive your returned item we aim to process it straight away although this may take up to seven days. Refunds will take up to 10 business days to clear, but may take longer to appear on bank or credit card statements.
