Shipping policy

We offer 2 different shipping options for orders within the country:

1. Free Express Priority Shipping (Orders Above RM120)
This method is Free for orders above RM120 ☺️ and uses DHL e-Commerce for delivery. Packages typically take 2-3 working days to arrive to most destinations within the Peninsular although we have seen some packages take longer than that. For East Malaysia, packages typically takes 4-5 working days to arrive most destinations.

2. Express Priority Shipping (Orders Below RM120)
This method costs RM7 (WM) / RM15 (EM) and uses DHL e-Commerce for delivery. Packages typically take 2-3 working days to arrive to most destinations within the Peninsular although we have seen some packages take longer than that. For East Malaysia, packages typically takes 4-5 working days to arrive most destinations.

Singapore Shipping Options
We offer 2 different shipping options for Singapore:

1. Express International Shipping Singapore (1-3 Business Days)
This method costs RM20 and uses Teleport Next Day for delivery. Packages typically take 1-3 working days to arrive to most destinations within Singapore although we have seen some packages take longer than that.

2. Free Express International Shipping Singapore (1-3 Business Days)
This method is Free for orders above RM120 and uses Teleport Next Day for delivery. Packages typically take 1-3 working days to arrive to most destinations within Singapore although we have seen some packages take longer than that.

For Extra Protection (Bubble Wrap): Additional RM10 charges applies

Other International Shipping Options
We offer 2 different shipping options for orders outside of Malaysia and Singapore:

1. DHL Parcel International Standard
This method is RM30 and uses DHL Parcel International Standard for delivery. Packages typically take 8-15 business days to arrive to most countries although in rare cases we have seen some packages take longer than that.

2. DHL Express Worldwide
This method costs RM90 and uses DHL Express Worldwide for delivery. Packages typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. If you choose this method, we will also do our best to make your order quickly, although we can't guarantee that it will get rushed.

Duties and Customs Fees (For International Shipping)
We know that customs and unexpected costs can be such a drag! Shipping cost does not cover any customs fees that may be imposed by your home country. We suggest you look into your home country's customs fees prior to purchasing if you are hesitant about paying customs.
